How to Pay
Every price on this site is a starting point — the real cost is always confirmed in writing before anything is invoiced. Here's exactly how paying us works.
The Process
- You get a written quote first — nothing is invoiced before you've agreed a price.
- For most projects, we send a deposit invoice through Stripe: 50% upfront to begin work.
- We do the work, keeping you updated as it takes shape.
- Once it's finished and you're happy, we send the final invoice for the remaining balance.
- Balance paid, the work is fully yours — source files, access, everything handed over.
How Invoicing Works
For quick, fixed-price items we send a Stripe Payment Link — click it, pay, and you get an instant receipt by email. For custom or larger projects, we send a proper Stripe invoice for the deposit, and a second invoice for the balance once the work is delivered. Either way, you're never asked to pay before you've seen a written quote.
When Payment Is Due
Standard projects run on a 50% deposit upfront, 50% on delivery. For projects over £3,000, we can split payment into installments — just ask when you get your quote. Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month. If anything about the scope changes partway through, we'll always agree it with you and adjust the invoice before proceeding — no surprise costs.
